We stand behind our products and comply fully with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) consumer guarantees.

1. Faulty, Wrong, Not as Described or Unsafe Products Under ACL you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement or refund) if a product has a major or minor failure.

  • Major failure: significant defect, unsafe, substantially different from description → your choice of refund or replacement.
  • Minor failure: we will repair/replace (or refund if not possible in reasonable time). Contact us within a reasonable time (ideally within 30 days) at coppercoastinfo@gmail.com with order number, photos/description of issue. We usually cover return postage for faulty items (pre-paid label if needed). Proof of purchase required.

2. Change of Mind / Voluntary Returns We accept change-of-mind returns at our discretion for unopened, unused products in original packaging/condition (including all seals, tags, inserts) within 30 days of delivery.

  • Hygiene/sensitive items (opened skincare, serums, powders, derma rollers) are non-returnable for change of mind due to health regulations.
  • You pay return postage.
  • Refund issued to original payment method (minus original shipping if not free).
  • No refunds on final sale/clearance items unless faulty.

3. Process Email coppercoastinfo@gmail.com with order number and reason. We reply with instructions (usually within 2 business days). Refunds processed within 5–10 business days after we receive/inspect returned item.

4. Important Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under ACL consumer guarantees.
