Terms & Conditions – CopperCoast

These terms govern your use of www.coppercoast.store and purchases from CopperCoast (Australian owned business).

1. Orders & Formation of Contract Placing an order is an offer. We accept when we send confirmation email. We reserve right to refuse/cancel orders (e.g., stock issues, fraud).

2. Pricing & Payment Prices in AUD, include GST. We use Shopify Payments/Afterpay. Full payment required at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery See our Shipping Policy (linked). Risk passes to you on delivery. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

4. Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law) Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under ACL. You are entitled to replacement/refund/repair if goods faulty, not as described, unsafe or unfit for purpose. See Returns Policy.

5. Intellectual Property All content (photos, text, logo) is our property. No unauthorised use.

6. Limitation of Liability To extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect/consequential loss. Our total liability limited to price paid.

7. Governing Law Queensland, Australia.

8. Changes We may update terms. Continued use = acceptance.
