We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post (or equivalent reliable carrier).

Shipping Rates

  • Standard: $TBA (free over $100).
  • Express: $TBA (optional). International: Contact us (limited).

Processing Time Orders processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays).

Delivery Estimates

  • Metro Australia: 5–7 business days.
  • Regional/Remote: 10–12 business days. Tracking provided via email.

Risk & Ownership Ownership transfers on payment. Risk passes to you on delivery (or collection if applicable).

Lost/Damaged If package lost/damaged, contact us within 14 days with tracking info/photos. We investigate and provide remedy under ACL if applicable.

Customs/Duties (International) You are responsible for import duties/taxes.
